  • Birth ball (custom size) shipped to your home upon hire

  • Two in-person prenatal visits (2 hours each) to discuss your birth and newborn preferences, craft a personalized birth plan, and practice comfort measures

  • Unlimited phone, email, and text support from contract signing until 6 weeks postpartum

  • Labor support at your birthing site from active labor until 1-2 hours postpartum

  • Physical and emotional support and information and advocacy for you and your partner during all aspects of labor/delivery

  • Access to all premium doula tools: Birth Sling©, TENS unit, galaxy light, LED candles, essential oils, diffuser and other comfort tools

  • Breastfeeding guidance for baby’s first latch

  • One postpartum visit (1 hour) to support recovery, process birth experience, and answer questions

  • Birth photography: includes 15-20 unedited photos and videos for keepsakes

Postpartum care is all about nurturing the new mom as she heals and adjusts to life with a newborn. This support looks different for each family—it might mean caring for the baby so mom can shower and recharge, doing light household tasks to ease her load, preparing simple meals, or offering a soothing massage. It can also include newborn care guidance and extra breastfeeding support. Nighttime care provides parents with much-needed rest, even if mom is exclusively breastfeeding.

  • Meeting to create a plan for support

  • Newborn support to teach or assist in baby care (changing, feedings, bathing, soothing)

When you need a one on one with a postpartum expert. Postpartum is hard.  Use this for anything related to postpartum.  We will discuss the issue and a care plan will be created and emailed to you immediately after the call. If you have a medical emergency, call your provider.

  • Infant sleep issues

  • Recognizing hunger cues

  • Vaginal or cesarean care tips or issues (non-medical)

  • Questions like "is this normal?"
