Birth Planning

(In person or virtual) approx 2 hrs

Gain the peace of mind of walking through and designing your Birth Plan with a Professional Doula.

Whether you need a template to get started, or just want to ask all of the deciding questions with someone who has attended many births, this 2 hour session will empower you to plan the birth you  have always imagined.  Things seldom go 100% as planned in a birth, but having a carefully thought out and printed plan will empower you to make the best choices during labor. We will collaborate on your birth plan and you will receive a beautiful 1-page visual birth plan to present to your providers.

Postpartum care is a service that primarily takes care of the new mom and assisting her as her body heals and her and her partner adjust to the newborn season. That can look differently from family to family. For one it may be taking care of baby while mom showers and takes care of herself. For another it may be light household work that helps set the mom up for success for the rest of the day/week. For some it may be preparing light meals and massage for mom as she rests. It also can include instruction on newborn care. Nighttime it can mean taking care of baby so exhausted parents can have a full nights sleep.

  • Meeting to create a plan for support

  • Newborn Specialist to teach or assist in baby care (changing, feedings, bathing, soothing)

  • Emotional and educational support

  • Lactation support

  • Light house cleaning

  • Light meal prep

  • Laundry

  • Sibling care

  • Grocery pick up

  • Transportation to postnatal and/or pediatrician appointments (Antenatal support only)

  • Packages can be created to suit your support needs and includes discounts
